01 Where We Work

Technology Leadership

Culture first. Standards, a high hiring bar, and clear accountability decide whether good engineers stay and do their best work. Team direction, vendor management, and modernization follow from that — the habits that turn a plan into shipped software.

AI Strategy & Governance

Company AI policy, clear rules for use, and adoption across teams. Built for regulated industries, so speed never outruns trust.

Data Platforms & Architecture

Real-time systems that stay up, plus warehouses, pipelines, and reporting. Built to carry decisions, not just store records.

Product Engineering Discipline

Product thinking and engineering in the same hands. An idea becomes something you can use in hours, not months.

Marketing Optimization

Attribution, analytics, and automated reporting in place of manual spreadsheet work. Marketing spend gets measured against results, not impressions. Answer engine optimization sits beside it: clean structured data and content written to be quoted by the AI tools people now ask instead of searching.

Company Strategy

Positioning, roadmap, and the case for funding — written by the person who also builds the product. Strategy you can act on the same week.

Six disciplines, one system. None of them holds on its own.

Track Record

Seventeen years building systems that cannot go down, in industries where failure is not an option.

10x

Overnight trading grew from about $100M to more than $1B a night at an SEC-registered trading venue, where he led engineering strategy and architecture.

$1.2M

Won funding for and launched a global manufacturer’s first company-wide data mart, bringing customer and product data from many divisions into one place.

Firm-wide

Real-time market data infrastructure for electronic bond trading at a top-five U.S. bank, serving the Treasury, Municipal, and Equity desks.

Where the Work Has Been Done

Institutional trading venues · A top-five U.S. bank · A global equipment manufacturer · A national retirement provider · A national cancer care network

03 Practice Lead

Jeramiah Carr

Jeramiah Carr leads the AI & Technology practice at LMH Global. He is a technology executive and architect with seventeen years building platforms that cannot fail — in capital markets, FinTech, institutional trading, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, commercial real estate, and software.

He was most recently Head of Technology at an SEC-registered trading venue, where he ran engineering strategy and architecture for overnight U.S. stock trading. He builds enterprise AI himself: model integration, policy, and adoption across teams. He holds a Master of Business Analytics in Machine Learning from Iowa State University and a Computer and Information Technology degree from Purdue University.

Technology should raise what people can do, not replace them.

Common Questions

Where do we start if we have no AI in production yet?

With one use case that has a clear owner and a measurable result, not a platform purchase. The AI Strategy Roadmap ranks candidates by payoff and difficulty, tells you honestly whether your data supports them, and stages the build so the first result lands in weeks rather than quarters.

Is our data ready?

Usually it is close enough to start and worse than people think for the ambitious cases. We check what exists, how clean it is, and who owns it before committing to a build. Where the gap is real, fixing the pipeline is the first phase rather than a reason to stop.

How do we let people use AI without leaking company data?

A written policy that says which tools are approved, what data can go into them, and who reviews exceptions — then training so people follow it. This is standard practice in regulated industries, and it takes days, not months.

What does implementation actually cost?

A one-hour strategy call is $350. A fixed-price AI Strategy Roadmap is $4,500 over two to three weeks. Fractional technology leadership as a CTO, CDO, or CAIO starts at $6,000 a month, billed month to month. Build costs get scoped against the roadmap, so you decide with numbers in front of you.

Will this replace people on our team?

That is not how we build it. The work removes manual reporting, handoffs, and rework so your team spends time on judgment calls. Adoption fails when staff expect to be replaced, so we say plainly what changes for each role.

How do we know it worked?

Each phase carries a number agreed up front — cycle time, error rate, cost per transaction, hours returned. If a phase misses, we say so and adjust rather than expanding scope.

Do we need to hire engineers to keep it running?

Not usually. We build on platforms your team can operate and document how they work, then hand over with training. Where you do need a hire, we tell you the role and the bar to hire against.

How fast can we start?

A strategy call can happen this week. Roadmaps start within a week or two of signing and take two to three weeks. Fractional engagements are month to month, so there is no long procurement cycle.
