Mary Carr
Mary Carr is the Founder of LMH Communications, serving as a strategic and operational advisor to organizations navigating growth, transition, and increasing complexity.
Her work focuses on bringing strategy, financial insight, operations, and communication into alignment—equipping leadership teams to move from fragmentation and friction toward clarity, cohesion, and sustainable scale.
She is frequently engaged at defining moments of transition, where strong perspective, structural clarity, and disciplined execution are needed to stabilize, reposition, and prepare an organization for what comes next.
Jeramiah Carr
Jeramiah Carr leads the firm’s technology and AI work. He is a technology executive and architect with seventeen years building platforms that cannot fail — in capital markets, FinTech, institutional trading, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, commercial real estate, and software.
He was most recently Head of Technology at an SEC-registered trading venue, where he ran engineering strategy and architecture for overnight U.S. stock trading. He builds enterprise AI himself: model integration, policy, and adoption across teams.
He holds a Master of Business Analytics in Machine Learning from Iowa State University and a Computer and Information Technology degree from Purdue University.
